Patience is a Gentlemanly Virtue

Our jerky starts as a steamship top round and is broken down into slices by a skilled butcher. We take this meat and further divide it into strips before marinating and dehydrating.

Each package is vacuum-sealed and hand-wrapped using reclaimed architectural and engineering drawings destined for the recycling bin.

Because of the careful attention paid to making your jerky look and taste great (and because Side Project is currently a side project), please allow up to two weeks to receive your shipment.  Trust us, it will be worth the wait.

Shipping Information

Your order will ship UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail depending on its size.  Due to USDA regulations, we are only able to ship to U.S. addresses (our sincerest apologies to the gentlemen abroad).
